Diego: Hm... to me this photo is just plain. It kind of looks like one eye is looking in a different direction where the other is pointed forward. It's a great picture though, it just isnt doing much for me.

Amanda: I like the innocence, but you're a bit zoomed in. We really only get to see your head here, not your surroundings. There's nothing to make up for the lack of color, and that is a pretty big issue. However, you look amazing, so although you won't be getting first callout, you shouldn't really worry.

Karen: I'll agree that this is kind of a generic shot. It's definitely attractive, and there's nothing really wrong with it, but in a black and white shot you really need to do something special to compensate for the lack of color, and this photo doesn't really do that.
